Our kababayan cries for help specially those who are greatly affected by the recent Typhoon Ulysses. Most parts of the greater manila like Markina, Pasig and Rizal are currently devastated and are under flood water. Meanwhile, Cagayan de Oro, Quezon Province and Bicol region are also affected by the wrath of #UlyssesPH.
In this trying times, we can really see the heart of BAYANIHAN everywhere and that’s one of the positive traits of us, Filipinos.
Last April, during the peak of Covid19 pandemic, Village Pipol originally launched the Veinte Pesos as an initiative to aid dialysis patients here in our country. True enough, The 20 pesos donation from different people across the country truly create an impact on the lives of the beneficiaries.
VEINTE PESOS is one of the donation drives that I supported during the pandemic, and I am grateful that in the simplest way possible, It has made an impact to the lives of our kababayan in need.
The Veinte Pesos initiative by Village Pipol, now together with the Filipino phone brand MyPhone revived the project through “VEINTE BAYANIHAN”, a donation drive with goal to aid the victims of Typhoon Ulysses.
